If you want it, they will get it for you. Marisa is an experienced negotiator. I felt supported, that none of my requests were unreasonable. Danielle was patient and always available to take me to see another house. Over the years they have established key contacts, that made the process quicker and easier; if you need a painter, a handy man, a locksmith, an interior decorator, an inspector, they know one! They are very strategic, and know how to make the home buying/selling a successful one. They made recommendations that had merit if even at the time I did not see it, for example Danielle advised me against buying a house that had obvious mold, even though I loved it, she would not let me do it.

I now know Sunrise, Tamarac, Sawgrass and Plantation like the back of my hand. I looked at no less than 20 houses. Now I am very happy, extremely happy with the choice that they helped me make. Every day as I sit in my home, I think about how lucky I am to have had them help me make this major life decision. Let them help you; you will not regret it.

Wow wow wow... I am a very busy individual with a demanding career. I was totally amazed with the paperless process of my home purchase. As for the negotiation it was A1 the seller was not the most flexible and my agent got a lot accomplished. Home did not appraise for asking price purchased at appraised value plus got assistance at closing from seller. Again signing everything electronically was such a time saver not once did I have to get in my car and commute back and forth to my agents office to sign one piece of paper. Closed in less than 35 days DILENGE TEAM YOU GUYS ROCK!!!

Professional and smart! This team of ladies (Marisa and Danielle) came in with the experience to know what to do to sell my home. It had been on the market previously for 6 months with no offers through another realtor. Once we signed with them, a "stager" was brought in to make our home more appealing to prospective buyers...and voila! SOLD!

Danielle and Marisa are very knowledgeable in the area, customer focused, patient, skilled in the negotiation, helped me every stepped of the way, I truly felt they had my best interest at heart. I wasn't too clear at the begginning what properties would work for my personal circumstances, but they gave me invaluable guidance, and helped me find my perfect place. Because of work reasons I was overseas for most of the closing, yet she and Danielle helped me througout the whole process, went out of their way to make everything easy and run smoothly, kepped me informed at all times, and guided me on pros and cons of all decisions. In additon to that, their network of other proffesionals is higly recommended, the loan, appraissal, inspection, etc, was done very efficiently and professionally.

I am SO happy we were able to close today on our Fox Run home. WOW! $400,000...What a great way to end the week. Marisa tested the market listing high at $399,999 and we were able to sell it in 8 days above that....AMAZING! Margo is so talented too...with her recommendations and staging mixed with our marketing, I know that is why we got top dollar. This is the second home we have staged with Margo and sold with Marisa and in both sales we got above ask and above appraisal. Marisa, Danielle and Margo are the dream team!

Within a three year time frame, I had listed my home three times with three different agencies. As soon as I met Marisa and Danielle, I just had a feeling that they would not only sell it, but sell it for top dollar......and they did. I had several great offers within days of listing it. The DiLenge team assisted me with professionals when I needed a new roof and had plumbing issues. The DiLenge team was there with answers to any questions I had and always conferred with me prior to setting showing appointments. I think these ladies did a fantastic job, and I would recommend them to anyone wanting to sell their home. I was satisfied and very impressed with their knowledge and expertise.
